Yes—a limited number of scholarships will be available to support those who may face financial barriers to attending. Scholarships are awarded based on factors such as financial need, professional or academic merit, and community impact.

Our focus for 2025 is creating an exceptional in-person experience at the Santa Clara Convention Center. We know that flexibility and accessibility are important to our community, and we’re exploring additional ways to engage attendees who may not be able to join us on-site. 

Starting June 1, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions to activate your 6-month Premium Membership. Access to your Women In Product Community Premium Membership is valid from June 1 - November 1 with an exclusive invitation for the #25WIP space – start connecting and networking before the conference!  

Please note: This Premium Membership access is only available to new Premium Members who are registered for the conference. Current Annual Premium Members are not eligible for additional membership time.

The conference takes place on September 17, 2025, with programming running throughout the day and ending with a Happy Hour. We recommend arriving the day before and departing the morning after to make the most of your experience.
