Yes—a limited number of scholarships will be available to support those who may face financial barriers to attending. Scholarships are awarded based on factors such as financial need, professional or academic merit, and community impact.

Our primary goal for 2025 is to create an exceptional in-person experience at the Santa Clara Convention Center. However, we also value flexibility and accessibility for our community.Â
We are pleased to announce a streaming option for those who cannot join us on-site! Community members from around the globe will be able to stream our main stage, connect in chat with other attendees, and visit select virtual booths from our sponsors.

You'll receive a welcome email with instructions to activate your 6-month Premium Membership. Access to your Women In Product Community Premium Membership is valid from June 1 - November 1 with an exclusive invitation for the #25WIP space – start connecting and networking before the conference! Â
Please note: This Premium Membership access is only available to new Premium Members who are registered for the conference. Current Annual Premium Members are not eligible for additional membership time.

Yes—you sure can! We’re currently accepting speaker applications for #25WIP, and we’d love to hear from you. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and could close at any time, so don’t wait too long to submit yours!

Nope! There’s nothing to download or install. All you need is a stable internet connection and the latest version of Google Chrome. As the event approaches, all Streaming Experience registrants will receive an email with access instructions and a direct link sent to the email address used during registration.

No. The Streaming Experience must be accessed through a desktop or laptop, and you’ll need to log in via a supported browser to attend.

Only the Main Stage will be livestreamed. Breakout Stage content will be available after the event to Streaming Premium Bundle ticket holders.
