Alice Xiong is a Director of Product Management at LinkedIn, where she leads Search and Generative AI products serving 1.2 billion members. She has shaped LinkedIn’s AI products and strategy through innovations across Search, Feed, and Generative AI platforms, and has spearheaded company-wide initiatives such as semantic search foundations, platformization, and the tech modernization of its flagship apps.
With 14 years of product management experience at LinkedIn, Airbnb, Motif Investing, Oracle, and Microsoft, Alice has built and scaled products at the intersection of AI, search, consumer experiences, enterprise software, and platforms. She holds a Master’s degree from MIT and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Alice also serves as Co-Chair of Women in Product at LinkedIn, where she champions community building and the advancement of women leaders in the WIP community.
