In this role, she is focused on driving transformation to simplify and elevate digital experiences for customers and the ServiceNow employees who serve them. She leads a global team dedicated to delivering seamless, personalized and connected experiences-leveraging data and automation built on the ServiceNow AI Platform.

Prior to joining ServiceNow, Ashraf held key leadership roles at top companies, including Cisco, Google, and PayPal, where she led large-scale, data-driven transformation initiatives to revolutionize the customer experience and drive growth and profitability. Her dedication to customers and using technology to solve real-world customer and business challenges has resulted in increased revenue growth, customer loyalty, and operational savings.
