Ezinne Udezue is a distinguished product leader and digital transformation expert with over 20 years of experience building and scaling innovative products across multiple industries. As co-author of ""Building Rocketships: Product Management for High-Growth Companies,"" she has distilled her extensive experience into essential strategies for high-growth product organizations.
Most recently, as Chief Product Officer at WP Engine, Ezinne led the strategy and development of customer-inspired products that streamlined the design-build-power-manage lifecycle for WordPress site builders. Her leadership spanned product management, design, data, and research teams, ensuring a cohesive approach to creating solutions that addressed genuine market needs.
Prior to WP Engine, Ezinne served as VP of Product and General Manager-Owners at Procore Technologies, where she played a pivotal role in scaling the company's construction intelligence and collaboration platform as it prepared for its public offering. Her strategic vision for the platform ecosystem enabled Procore to successfully expand across multiple sectors and market segments.
Ezinne's versatile career includes founding ProductMind, a specialized product advisory firm, and holding key product and innovation leadership positions at T-Mobile, Time Inc., Discovery Communications, and Bazaarvoice. This breadth of experience has given her unique insights into both B2B and consumer product development—from zero-to-one innovation to scaling established products in competitive markets.

Recognized for her commitment to fostering the next generation of product talent, Ezinne is a TechStars All-Star Mentor and serves as a Board Member for DivInc, a startup accelerator focused on supporting underestimated and underrepresented founders. She is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the University of Texas at Arlington's School of Engineering, where she contributes her industry perspective to academic programs.
Ezinne's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UT Arlington, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and dual MBAs from Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley's Haas School of Business.

A passionate community builder, Ezinne is dedicated to mentoring women and young adults in technology, with particular focus on supporting women, and people of color and creating communities for professionals of color in tech. She is a co-creator of Austin Crew, a community for African professionals in Austin, Texas, where she resides with her family.
