Renee Davis is a Fractional CPO and CTO for ClimateTech companies and the CEO of Climate Conscious Leaders.
With over 16 years of experience and a track record as a 5x Head of Product, she has successfully made the leap from full-time to fractional leadership. Over the past two years, Renee has led the development of innovative SaaS products across pre-seed to Series D startups, all within the ClimateTech and CleanTech space.
Her transition to fractional work also marked a purposeful shift in focus from FinTech to ClimateTech to pursue what fuels her most: building technology that tackles the climate crisis head-on.
Renee currently serves as Head of Technology at Bold Reuse, where she focuses on eliminating single-use plastic waste. Her previous roles include Chief Product Officer at Atrium Energy and Head of Digital Products at WorldView. Her work spans decarbonizing commercial buildings, methane detection, sustainable agriculture, and global disaster response, always with a lens on tech for climate impact.
In addition to her fractional roles, Renee leads Climate Conscious Leaders, where she equips product innovators with the tools and mindset to build climate-responsible, commercially viable solutions.
