Sharmeen Browarek Chapp has a passion for helping ambitious businesses grow and thrive. Most recently, she led the Revenue and Finance Automation product team at Stripe, where she focused on scaling revenue systems for fast-growing companies. Prior to that, she served as Senior Director of Product at Meta, empowering creators to build audiences and sustainable businesses around their passions.

Sharmeen’s journey into product began after an early career as an electrical engineer in the defense industry, eventually leading her to roles like the VP of Community Products at Twitch, where she oversaw engineering, product, program, and data teams.

A proud mother and cancer survivor, Sharmeen is deeply committed to empowering women in tech and leading with empathy. Outside of work, she finds joy in rock climbing, Bollywood dancing, and hiking, embracing every adventure with heart and humor.
